Arjun Rampal was always considered the one of the OGs when it came to the most popular male models in India. He continues to remain a heartthrob over the years. Arjun got married at a very early age to Mehr Jesia and they got divorced a few years ago. They have two daughters Mahikaa Rampal, Myra Rampal. In a recent interview, Arjun has admitted that 24 was a very young age for him to marry and he shouldn’t have done it.
Arjun and Mehr were married for almost 21 years as they tied the knot in 1998.Talking about it, Arjun said on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, “I think it is too early; you’re too young, and there’s a lot to learn and experience. You have to become mature. Guys mature far slower than women do. It’s a proven fact that we are idiots. If you want to be successful in it (marriage), wait it out.” Arjun added that it almost is a miracle if a man marries his childhood sweetheart and ends up having a long, successful marriage.
He also said that he takes full responsibility of his failed marriage and knows where where things went wrong. At the moment, Arjun is in a relationship with Gabriella Demetriades and they have two children together – Arik and Ariv. He also revealed why he is not married to her despite having two children. “It’s not me, it’s not her, but marriage is just a piece of paper. We are already married, and there is no doubt about that in my mind,” said the actor.
On work front, Arjun was last seen in ‘Crakk’ which also starred Vidyut Jammwal, Ammy Jackson, Nora Fatehi.
