The OnePlus Watch 3 has finally arrived, launching globally on Tuesday, February 18. Boasting a sleek stainless steel case and a durable titanium alloy bezel, the smartwatch exudes premium craftsmanship. Its pyramid-patterned tapered crown allows for precise control, while the 1.5-inch LTPO screen supports an always-on display and a quick 60-second health check-in.
When it comes to battery life, the OnePlus Watch 3 delivers impressive longevity, lasting up to 16 days in power saver mode, five days in smart mode, and three days under heavy use.
OnePlus Watch 3: Price
The wristwatch is priced at $329.99 (Rs 29,000 approx) in the United States. The company offers a coupon discount of $30 (Rs 2,600 approx), while buyers can also get an additional $50 (Rs 4,300 approx) discount in exchange for their old smartwatch. Those interested can currently pre-order their watch, with deliveries beginning February 25.
The smartwatch has been launched in two colourways — Emerald Titanium and Obsidian Titanium. The official website states that the watch is available in Emerald Titanium, as it symbolises vitality and growth.
OnePlus Watch 3: Specifications
The newly launched OnePlus Watch 3 features a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,200 nits, ensuring vibrant visuals. For durability, it comes with a sapphire crystal cover glass and titanium alloy bezels in black and silver. Under the hood, the smartwatch is powered by the Snapdragon W5 processor paired with a BES2800BP MCU, offering smooth performance. It gets 32GB of storage and runs on Wear OS 5 alongside a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) for enhanced efficiency.
For tracking health, the OnePlus Watch 3 is equipped with a wrist temperature sensor, an optical heart rate sensor, and an optical pulse oximeter sensor. It supports monitoring of mind and body, vascular health (arterial stiffness), sleep, wrist temperature, heart rate, and SpO₂. With the OHealth app, people can also get health insights, and access Google Health Connect service, Strava, and health journey features.
OnePlus watch wearers can also track their workouts with 100+ sports modes, including 10 professional sports modes. It includes skiing, running, tennis, badminton, swimming, rope skipping, mountain climbing, walking, cycling, elliptical machines, and rowing machines. The smartwatch is MIL-STD-810H certified and has an IP68 rating against dust and water. It is also water resistant up to a depth of 5 ATM.
Other connectivity options on the smartwatch include dual-band L1+L5, Beidou, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS. The OnePlus Watch 3 also gets Wi-Fi 5G/2.4G, Bluetooth 5.2, and Bluetooth calling features. It also supports NFC and payments using Google Wallet. The smartwatch also boasts a barometer, an acceleration sensor, a light sensor and a gyroscope sensor.
