The biggest religious gathering Mahakumbh is finally kickstarted from today onwards, and the event will remain operational till 26 Feb, 2025. A large number of devotees have already started reaching out to the UP’s Prayagrat to witness the expirence.
In case you are interested in a helicopter ride for an aerial view, it can be booked at the starting at Rs 1,296 per person. According to the details, the price has been dropped today for the facility as earlier it was priced at Rs 3,000 per person.

Interested guests can visit the Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation’s (UPSTDC) official website or simply Click Here to visit directly. It has been reported that the facility has been taken care of by Pawan Hans, a government official.
As per the details shared by Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh, the helicopter ride time will remain between seven to eight minutes, where devotees will get a mesmerizing aerial view of Mahakumbh. The booking for the same starts from January 13 and the slots only can be reserved through digital platform.
Artist and Event Details
The report suggested that the state government has tightened security as top artists across the country will be performing at the 40-day Kumbh Mela. The Bollywood singer Shankar Mahadevan will perform live at the Ganga Pandal on January 16, while the closing ceremony will be performed by Mohit Chauhan on February 24, 2025.
