After converting into CNG, the model will be available on the manual version only. This will churn out a decent power, which will be slightly lesser as compared to pure ICE.
The leading car manufacturer Honda has successfully launched the latest or third-generation model of Amaze. Earlier, it was easy for the customers to get the CNG installed in their vehicle on the dealership level. Now, it has been reported that the company has instructed all the authorised dealers to partner with RTO-approved CNG conversion facilities. The decision has been taken to offer customers a safer option to get the CNG option on board.
Powertrain option
Meanwhile, the latest Amaze has been treated with an impressive 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine. It generates a maximum power of 89 bhp and 110 Nm of peak torque. The unit is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 7-step CVT. In addition, the model also has received paddle shifters, making it superior in the segment.
When it comes to the CNG option, after conversion, it will be only available on the manual version. This will churn out a decent power, which will be slightly lesser as compared to pure ICE.
