Bajaj Auto is gearing up to introduce the latest avatar of its flagship electric scooter Cheetak soon. It has been reported that the new model is likely to hit the market at the end of this month. However, a concrete detail about the same is yet to be shared by the brand.
The price-related details are not known yet. However, some reports suggested that the new generation is likely to arrive in a slightly higher price range as compared to the current version, which starts at Rs 96,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Here’s What to Expect
The upcoming model is expected to get decent updates from outside. It might come with noticeable cosmetic changes, which will make the vehicle look more appealing than ever. Customers can expect better graphics, improved TFT display and enhanced road presence and better riding comfort.
Style
Apart from this, the overall style statement is likely to be carried forward. It will use a single seating arrangement with grab handles for the pillion, round-shaped led headlight setup with integrated turn indicators.
Battery
Talking about the battery pack, the company is likely to use a slightly bigger unit in the top-spec as compared to the outgoing avatar. It might offer a better range on a single charge. Talking about the current model offers a claimed IDC range of between 123 and 137km on a single charge.
Rivals
Once launched, it will compete against the hot-selling products Ola S1, Ather Rizta, and TVS iQube.
