Design
Starting from the design, the latest addition comes with a long list of cosmetic updates, featuring a fully LED treatment at both ends, and gets perfectly sculpted bonnet at the front. Despite being listed in the mid-size segment category, the car looks quite big from the outside. To attract the mass audience, the Kia also started offering the vehicle in the matte finish black edition, which makes it look even more premium than ever.

It would be worthless to invest a bomb amount of money in any car that does not offer proper safety. Fortunately, this is not the case with the new Sonet as it is packed with some robust yet first-in-segment features, which makes it safer than ever.
It gets a long list of impressive safety features that includes 6 airbags, Hill Hold Control, an Electronic Stability Program, and Brake Assist, and the latest model even offers Level 1 ADAS, similar to its sibling Hyundai Venue.
The other highlighted features are tire pressure monitoring systems, over-speed warning systems, and parking sensors dynamic guidelines, among others.

The facelift Sonet is equipped with automatic climate control, allowing the front occupants to enjoy the perfect temperature inside the cabin. Power and Efficiency
The all-new tech-loaded Sonet is compliant with all the BS6 Phase norms. It is powered by both diesel and petrol engines. The former comes with a 1493cc unit, while the latter flaunts 1197 cc 1199 cc, and 998 cc units.
As far as the transmission options are concerned, it is available in a 5-speed manual transmission (MT), a 6-speed MT, a 6-speed automatic transmission, a 6-speed clutchless manual transmission a 6-speed iMT, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
