Instagram outage on Thursday evening majorly affected people in the US who were unable to access their feed and Reels.
Instagram outage meant thousands were not able to watch Reels.
Instagram was having major troubles for over 19,000 users in the US on Friday morning. Many users have shared their issues via the outage tracking platform Downdetector and even some users in India faced outages on the app early morning on Friday.
The platform reports even go as high as 30,000 complaints which was recorded around 5:05 AM on March 21. In comparison, a minor section of Instagram users, around 100s of them were unable to access their Insta feed on the app, while some of them were facing issues while trying to login. People were obviously going to share their frustration on social media and their one-stop destination for such posts was on X over five hours ago.
Meta is yet to acknowledge the issue with Instagram and what caused a major outage for thousands of its users in the home market this week.
