The leading electric two-wheeler maker Ola has started dispatching the first batch of S1 Gen 3 scooters in India. The EV was launched in the country at the starting price of Rs 79,999 with a 2kWh battery, while the top model with 5.3kWh (with 4680 Bharat Cell) goes up to Rs 1,69,999.
The company has introduced the S1 X Gen 3 in a total of four variants, offering the trims in different battery packs such as 4kWh, 4kWh, 3kWh, and 2kWh. In case you are interested, the battery-powered scooter can be in purchased by visiting company-authorised dealerships nationwide.
S1 Pro+
Talking about the S1 Pro+, it is available in both 5.3kWh and 4kWh battery options. It is powered by a 13 kW motor, churning out an impressive performance with a top speed of 141 kmph and 128 kmph respectively. It can do 0-40 kmph sprint in just in just 2.1 and 2.3 seconds.
The S1 Pro (5.3kWh with 4680 Bharat Cell) offers an impressive range of 320km (IDC), while the 4kWh S1 Pro+ comes with 242km (IDC). It comes with S1 Pro+ gets four riding modes – Hyper, Sports, Normal and Eco.
S1 Pro
It is powered by an 11 kW mid-drive motor, featuring 4kWh and 3kWh battery pack. It offers a top speed of 125 km/h and 117 km/h and an extended range of 242 km and 176 km (IDC), respectively.
S1 X+ and S1 X
Last but not the least, S1 X range, S1 X+ offers. These two is powered by 4kWh battery and 11 kW mid-drive motor. The S1 X+ clocks a top speed of 125 kmph with a 0-40 kmph sprint in just 2.7 seconds and offers an impressive range of 242 km. When it comes to the S1 X it is treated with 4kWh, 3kWh, and 2kWh battery packs with a 7kW motor and can clock a top speed of 123 kmph, 115 kmph, and 101 kmph, respectively.
