The Maruti Suzuki’s one of the hot-selling models Wagon R, which has been rulling the segment for years, became expensive from now onwards. The company has hiked the price by up to Rs 15,000, making it costlier than ever. It was released under the price range of Rs 5.64 lakh to Rs 7.47 lakh, all ex-showroom.

Dimensions and Trims
The Wagon R is a 5 seater 4 cylinder car, which features a length of 3655 mm, a width of 1620 mm and a wheelbase of 2435 mm. It has been offered in multiple variants, allowing customers to have wider options to choose from. The list of trims includes LXI, VXI, ZXI, LXI CNG, VXI AT, ZXI Plus, ZXI AT, ZXI Plus Dual Tone, VXI CNG, ZXI Plus AT, ZXI Plus AT Dual tone.
Engine Options
The model has been offered in 2 Petrol and 1 CNG Engine options. The former uses a decent 998 cc, while the latter gets an 1197 cc option. The units are available in both Manual and Automatic gearboxes. As far as the mileage is concerned, Wagon R is capable of offering 23.56 to 25.19 kmpl respectively.
