This app, developed entirely in-house, is designed to enhance the experience of owning and managing electric vehicles.
EbluCare is a free app tailored for all of Godawari’s Eblu products, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and electric cycles. It offers a user-friendly interface, allowing customers to easily log in using their mobile or chassis number. The app provides detailed vehicle information, including real-time ride tracking and turn-by-turn navigation, making it easier to get around.
One of the standout features of the app is its real-time battery monitoring, helping users stay updated on their battery status before setting off. EbluCare also allows users to book service appointments, track their service history, and stay on top of maintenance schedules.
The app sends timely notifications about important updates and special offers, ensuring users are always in the loop. It also includes easy access to product information and warranty details, right at the user’s fingertips. Plus, the app has a feedback section, where users can share their suggestions directly with the company.
