Ever since the British sports carmaker Maclaren has kickstarted its operations in India, it has received a very welcoming response from its target audience. Recently, it has been revealed that the company has unlocked a new sales milestone in the country, retailing over 50 units of sportscars within two years.
It has been reported by the top official that the company has witnessed an impressive response for its range-topping model 720S, and the newly added 750S that starts at Rs 5.91 crore (ex-showroom). It has been reported that the company has bigger expectations from the Indian market in the upcoming years.
Convoy of 50 Maclrens
To mark the achievement, Maclren organised a drive event, combining over 50 of their sports unit and named it Driveto50. The drive was flagged off by Prince Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar at Manak Chowk in Udaipur’s City Palace. The agenda of the convoy was to cover a long stretch from Udaipur to Mount Abu and back, collecting public reaction on the road.

Meanwhile, Maclren offers a wide range of models in the Indian market. The most affordable model in the lineup (GT) starts at Rs Rs 3.72 cr, while the most expensive one (750S) goes up to Rs 5.91 cr (ex-showroom).
