Ayushmann Khurrana named brand ambassador for FICCI Frames’ 25th anniversary

FICCI Frames, India’s global media and entertainment convention, is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary this year, and Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana has been unveiled as the event’s brand ambassador.The silver jubilee edition of FICCI Frames will spotlight the theme “RISE: Redefining Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence.” This theme underscores the event’s focus on shaping narratives, fostering creativity, and driving change within the media and entertainment landscape.

Ayushmann Khurrana expressed his excitement, stating, “It is a huge honor for me to be announced as the first Brand Ambassador for FICCI Frames in its silver jubilee year! As someone who came to Mumbai with just dreams in my eyes, I’m deeply humbled to represent an industry that has given me so much. I look forward to championing disruption, celebrating innovation, and showcasing the excellence that defines Indian entertainment.”

FICCI Frames has evolved into a platform that unites industry leaders, creative professionals, and policymakers from around the globe. Held annually in Mumbai, the convention features keynote addresses, policy roundtables, masterclasses, B2B meetings, and cultural events. It also hosts the Best Animated FRAMES Awards (BAF) and a global content market.

Over the years, the event has attracted personalities, including Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman, former FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai, Mukesh Ambani, and Bollywood stars such as Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan.


Kevin Vaz, Chair of the FICCI Media and Entertainment Committee, said, “Ayushmann embodies the creativity, innovation, and excellence that FICCI Frames stands for. His journey resonates with the ethos of this event, and his association will inspire future generations of storytellers and creators.”The 25th edition of FICCI Frames will focus on technologies like artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the metaverse, alongside traditional media and entertainment. The event promises to be a celebration of India’s storytelling while paving the way for advancements.The FICCI Media and Entertainment Committee is led by Kevin Vaz and co-chaired by Sandhya Devanathan (VP and MD, Meta India) and Arjun Nohwar (GM, South Asia, Warner Bros. Discovery).
