Vivekananda Hallekere, CEO and Co-founder of Bounce Infinity, commented, “Our collaboration with Clean Electric has been instrumental in bringing these practical solutions to Indian consumers. We’re excited to be at the forefront of this new era in electric mobility.”
Akash Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Clean Electric, added, “With the footboard structural battery pack and boot-compatible rapid charge battery, we aim to democratise 15-minute rapid charging using standardised Type 6 public charging infrastructure. We are thrilled to bring this solution to life across Indian cities.”
Key Features of the New Bounce Electric Scooter:
The scooter supports super-fast charging with its LFP battery, providing a 60 km range in just 15 minutes. This minimises waiting time and ensures users can stay on the move. Equipped with a Type 6 connector, the scooter is compatible with India’s growing public fast-charging infrastructure, supporting two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers alike.
Furthermore, the scooter is available in two variants—a 2 kWh battery offering an 80 km range and a 4 kWh battery providing a 160 km range. One battery is portable, while the other is built into the floorboard. It’s LFP batteries last twice as long as traditional NMC batteries, reducing costs and increasing overall durability.
Bounce Electric’s LFP batteries are removable and can be charged at any standard outlet, just like a mobile phone, offering flexibility and convenience.
Besides these, existing Bounce scooter owners can upgrade to the new LFP battery technology without needing to buy a new scooter, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
