Samsung has announced the first Galaxy Watch FE model which will be available in multiple countries very soon.
Samsung has announced its first-ever Galaxy Watch FE, a budget-friendly smartwatch model that offers advanced Galaxy smartwatch features at a more accessible price point. The Galaxy Watch FE is set to make waves in the tech industry with its blend of high-tech capabilities and affordability. This smartwatch marks the debut of Samsung’s FE series in the smartwatch category, promising a compelling package of specifications, features and an attractive price tag.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is designed with a circular dial in a single 40mm size. The smartwatch has a 1.2-inch OLED panel with an Exynos W920 SoC steering the engine under the hood. Even though the Galaxy Watch FE is powered by a small 247 mAh battery, Samsung claims that it can work up to 30 hours on a single charge.
It also comes with wireless single-charging support. It also features a one-click strap design. The connectivity options include NFC, WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0. It also has an IP68 rating, a sapphire crystal lens and the capability to withstand 5ATM of water resistance. The watch has been strapped with a MIL-STD-810H rating, which makes it completely durable while travelling as well.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is also equipped with 100+ workaround options like body composition analysis, heart rate zones, and advanced sleep and sleep pattern tracking, to name a few. The smartwatch can also measure ECG and blood pressure levels and give an alert to the user when something is not right. There’s a gyro, barometer, light sensor and Samsung BioActive Sensor in the watch.
Even though Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Watch FE, it will be launched on June 24 in the market. The smartwatch is priced at $199 (Rs 16,600) for the Bluetooth version, while the LTE version is priced at $249.99 (Rs 20,886).
