The Hero Xoom Combat Edition is powered by the same 110.9 cc engine, delivering 8.2 horsepower and 8.7 Nm.

Hero MotoCorp has added the Combat Edition to its Xoom scooter collection, with a price tag of Rs 80,967 (ex-showroom).

The Combat Edition’s most striking feature is its “Matte Shadow Grey” paint job, which is complemented with crisp yellow and black graphics inspired by fighter jet design. The new colour scheme sharpens the look of the sporty scooter.

The company’s website lists the new Hero Xoom Combat Edition, which sits at the top of the scooter’s variant lineup. Also, the Xoom Combat costs roughly Rs 1,000 more than the Xoom ZX and comes with all of the bells and whistles.

Hero Xoom Combat Edition: Know All About It

The Combat Edition includes all of the features of the Xoom series’ previous top model, the ZX variant. It features a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to see call and message alerts on the screen.

For added visibility, the scooter features an LED projector headlamp with trademark LED DRLs and an H-shaped LED taillight. Notably, it is still the only scooter in its class equipped with cornering lights, which improves safety during nighttime rides.

The Xoom Combat Edition has fresh looks, but its functionality, performance, and mechanics are all the same. It has an air-cooled 110.9cc engine that produces 8.2 horsepower and 8.7 Nm of torque. A CVT unit is mated to this engine.

The flagship model, the Xoom Combat Edition, is new to the lineup at this price bracket. The base-spec LX edition of the Xoom scooter costs Rs 71,184. On the other hand, the Combat Edition costs Rs 1,000 more than the ZX trim, which was the previous top-spec model.

The suspension system consists of telescopic front forks and a single shock absorber in the back. The front disc brake and the rear drum brake provide braking performance, and a Combi-Braking System (CBS) is included as standard.

The Hero Xoom competes with the Honda Dio, and its costs begin at Rs 70,211 and rise to Rs 77,212 for the H-Smart model.
