After ‘Salaar’s massive success, Prabhas and Prashanth Neel seek blessings at Sri Durgaaparameshwari temple
The film was carrying a lot of expectations as director Prashanth Neel dived into it straight after the super success of KGF franchise, which had collected more than Rs 1500 crore and with Prabhas at the lead, the whole country was going to be the audience.And the film didn’t disappoint, it revolves around the story of a fictional place called Khansaar, and at the core are two characters played by Prabhas and Prithviraj who go from being friends to enemies.
The film had a great start at the box office collecting more than Rs 300 crore in its first week, but since then, the overall collection has been dipping. The film on Monday, as per early estimates, just about managed to collect just Rs 55 lakhs, taking the total collection of the film to Rs 404.45 crore. In its almost one month reign at the box office, this is the lowest the film has ever collected, and it is just a matter of time that the film will be out of theaters, making way for Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter. that releases next week.
